Анотація
У статті обґрунтовується емпіричний підхід довиміру руху додаткового продукту в робочому дні. Пропонується, додатковий продукт в робочому дні визначити розміром умовних коштів, та прийняти в якості міри руху потенційного капіталу. На основі встановленого ізоморфізму структури додаткового продукту з структурою потенційного капіталу визначено критерій логістики інноваційного руху додаткового продукту в періоді виробничому процесу. Подальше дослідження пов’язано з визначення механізму мотивації персоналу до впровадження інновацій.
The relevance of the topic stems from the increasing role of a creative (innovative) component of the work of personnel who change the movement of material, financial and informational flows within the production process, which necessitates using the principles of logistics in management of innovative activities. Logistics as applied to management of innovative activities is studied within the framework of modern concepts, and the characteristics of its goal directedness are identified. It is demonstrated that logistics flows which support innovative activities determine the conditions of the surplus product movement during a working day. Special attention is paid to a notional measurement of the surplus product movement in the units of potential money and it is suggested to consider potential money as a carrier of information about the economic goal of innovative activities of personnel. Further research is related to the measurement of the logistics of surplus product movement during a working day and personnel motivation toward the implementation of innovations.
