Digitalization of professional training of future physical education teachers as a factor in the formation of readiness for the application of health-saving technologies

Abstract

The role of digitalization in the professional training of future physical education teachers for the application of health-preserving technologies in the educational process is revealed. The main directions of using digital educational resources, online platforms, multimedia content, and mobile applications in the formation of professional competence of higher education students are analyzed. It is substantiated that the integration of digital technologies into the system of professional training contributes to increasing the effectiveness of education, the development of digital competence, and the formation of readiness of future teachers to implement innovative healthpreserving approaches in physical education.
