Дослідження можливості використання твердих відходів шламів у виробництві портландцементу

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню можливості використання твердих шламів переробки газового конденсату для виробництва цементу. Внаслідок виконання роботи визначено хімічний склад вуглецьвміщуючих відходів газо-видобувної промисловості; синтезовано склади портландцементу на основі сировини Балаклійського цементно-шиферного комбінату' і відходів: досліджено фазовий склад клінкеру і продуктів гідратації розроблених складів; визначено фізико-механічні властивості отриманих цементів. Виявлено, шо введення відходів знижує температуру синтезу цементу і, як наслідок, знижується енергоємність і собівартість матеріалу.The work is devoted to study possibility of using the solid shlames of gas condensate process for cement production. As the result of research fulfilling, the chemical composition of carbon-containing waste of gas-mining industry' is determined; the portiand cement compositions on the base of Balakleya’s cement-shifer plant raw materials and the waste are synthesized; phase composition of clinker and hydration products of developed materials is investigated; physical and chemical properties of obtained cements are determined. It is revealed that presence of waste reduces cement synthesis temperature and, as consequence, energy-capacity and material cost price are reduced
