Abstract

Розглянуто новітній погляд на сутність і структуру особистості лідера. Доведено, що одним з найпоширеніших різновидів лідерства виступає харизматичне лідерство, яке забезпечує адекватну життєдіяльність суспільства. Надано авторське тлумачення поняття харизми. Описано характеристики та якості структури харизматичного лідера. Зазначено важливість взаємодії під час функціонування досліджуваної особистості 4 коефіцієнтів інтелекту: IQ + EQ + VQ + SQ. Вперше додано та описано п'ятий коефіцієнт OQ та з'ясовано його роль у структурі та життєдіяльності харизматичного лідера. Розкрито потенціал використання даного інтелекту під час командоутровення та управління колективом.Considered the latest look at the essence and structure of the personality of the leader. It is proved that one of the most common varieties of leadership is charismatic leadership, which provides an adequate livelihoods of society. The author's interpretation of the notion of charisma is given. The characteristics and quality of the structure of the charismatic leader are described. The importance of interaction during the operation of the investigated personality of 4 coefficients of intelligence is noted: IQ + EQ + VQ + SQ. For the first time, the fifth OQ coefficient was added and described, and its role in the structure and life of the charismatic leader was determined. The potential of using this intelligence during team development and team management is revealed.
