Abstract
У статті розглянуто та продіагностовано особливості самоактуалізації майбутніх інженерів. Визначені та експериментально перевірені чинники самоактуалізації студентів інженерно-технічних спеціальностей, такі як самооцінка, смисложиттєві орієнтації, саморегуляція особистості та мотиви навчальної діяльності. Ними є: адекватна самооцінка, локус-контроль життя, цілі у житті, планування, оцінка результатів, загальний рівень саморегуляції поведінки, навчально-професійні мотиви та мотиви досягнення успіху. Доведено необхідність досягнення високого рівня самоактуалізації майбутніх інженерів для подальшого ефективного особистісно-професійного розвитку.
The article deals with the peculiarities of self- actualisation of future engineers. The self-actualisation factors of students of technical specialties, such as self-rating, life-purpose orientations, self-regulation of the personality and motives of educational activity are defined and experimentally checked. It is revealed the average development level of the most indicators of the self-actualisation; creativity, values, orientation in time, need for knowledge are the most expressed, and self-assessment level at the majority of respondents is poorly low. Among the styles of self-control the students more often use planning and flexibility, among the life purpose orientations dominate such ones which open the personality of the student who thinks of the future, sets the adequate purposes, has emotionally rich life. Thanks to correlation galaxies the factors of self-actualisation of the students of engineering specialties are revealed. They are: adequate self-assessment, locus control of life, purpose in life, planning, appraisal of results, general level of behavior self-regulation, educational and professional motives and motives of success achievement. It is revealed that these specific factors of self-actualisation of future engineers need to be developed during the introduction of psychological maintenance in vocational training of the students of technical specialties. It is proved the necessity to achieve a high level of future engineers̕ self-actualisation for the further effective personal and professional development.
