Конфліктологічна компетентність фахівця в умовах аномії суспільства

Abstract

Досліджено зміст конфліктологічної компетентності майбутнього фахівця як якості, важливої для професійної комунікації, що виявляється в умінні запобігати та конструктивно вирішувати конфлікти у професійному середовищі. Зосереджено увагу на аномії як стані сучасного суспільства, що характеризується постійними зрушеннями у ціннісні системі й неприйняття молоддю та старшими поколіннями цінностей один одного. Схарактеризовано суть конфліктологічної компетентності фахівця в умовах аномії суспільства, її актуальність не лише у вирішенні особистісних конфліктів, але й у стабілізації групових відносин у різновікових професійних колективах.The content of conflictological competence of a future professional as a quality important for professional communication is investigated, which manifests itself in the ability to prevent and constructively solve conflicts in a professional environment. The focus is put on the anomie as a state of the modern society, which is characterized by constant shifts in the value system and a reluctance of young people and older generations to admit each other's values. The essence of the conflictological competence of a professional is characterized in the conditions of the anomie of the society as well as its relevance not only for solving personal conflicts, but also for stabilizing group relations in different age groups of professionals.
