A student-centered approach to the educational process organization of training future specialists in a higher technical education institution

Abstract

The article raises the problem of quality training of future specialists in a higher education institution as they must meet the requirements of the modern labor market and be capable of constant professional growth. The peculiarities of the educational process organization in a technical education institution based on the principles of a student-centered approach are considered. The main provisions, tasks, principles of new technology for the training future specialists in technical specialties are covered in detail. The advantages of implementing a student-centered approach are outlined and the difficulties of its practical implementation are identified.
