Abstract

Лідерство і його прояви є цілком закономірною реакцією на потреби суспільства. В процесі прискорення науково-технічного і соціального прогресу потреби соціуму в лідерах зростають. Це вимагає від системи освіти виявлення потенційних лідерів та їх наступної цілеспрямованої підготовки до професійної управлінської діяльності. Ускладнення суспільної структури та того розмаїття завдань, які доводиться виконувати людям і різним їх спільнотам, зумовлює потребу в лідерах різного масштабу, змісту і характеру діяльності. Тому й постає проблема визначення, чи кожна людина може бути лідером. Показано, що об’єктивно для цього існують можливості, але їхня реалізація істотною мірою залежить ще й від суб’єктивних обставин, якими переважно виступають особистісні риси і властивості відповідної людини. Для успішної реалізації можливостей будь-якої людини стати лідером важливу роль повинна відігравати система освіти. Вона має чітко визначати лідерський потенціал людини й цілеспрямовано його розвивати, застосовуючи адекватні засоби психолого-педагогічного впливу.Leadership and its manifestations are quite logical response to the needs of society. In the process of accelerating scientific and technological and social progress, the needs of society in the leaders are increasing. This requires the education system to identify potential leaders and their subsequent focused training in professional management activities. The complexity of the social structure and the wide variety of tasks that individuals and their various communities have to fulfill requires the need for leaders of different sizes, content and activities. Therefore, there is the problem of determining whether each person can be a leader. It is shown that objectively there are opportunities for this, but their implementation to a significant extent also depends on the subjective circumstances, which predominantly serve the personality traits and properties of the person concerned. For the successful realization of any person's ability to become a leader, the educational system should play an important role. It must clearly define the leadership potential of a person and purposefully develop it, using adequate means of psychological and pedagogical influence.
