Abstract
У статті розкриваються поняття "мораль", "інтелігентність", "моральне виховання" з позицій їх ролі у формуванні управлінської компетенції інженерів-електромашинобудівників. Пропонуються дидактичні методи, які сприяють розвитку моральності у студентів - майбутніх керівників.
In the article such concepts as morals, intelligence, moral education from the viewpoint role for forming administrative competence of the electro-mashinebuilding engineers are cleared out. The didactic methods promoting the development of morals at students - the future leaders are offered.
