Методи виявлення резервів підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства

Abstract

У статті досліджено поняття ефективності як повноти використання потенціалу підприємства. Розглянуто існуючі методики пошуку резервів, оцінювання їх фактичного стану та можливостей підвищення ефективності за рахунок виявлених резервів. Розроблено комплекс пропозицій щодо поліпшення результатів їх виявлення на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки.In article the concept of efficiency as completeness of use of capacity of the enterprise is investigated. Existing techniques of search of reserves, estimations of their actual state and opportunities of increase of efficiency at the expense of the revealed reserves are considered. The complex of offers concerning improvement of results of their identification at the present stage of development of economy is developed.
