Abstract

Дана стаття присвячена оптимізації бізнес-процесів як одному з інструментів підвищення ефективності діяльності організації. Розглянуті основні характеристика концептуальних підходів і методів оптимізації бізнес-процесів, проведений аналіз таких понять як інжиніринг і реинжиниринг.This article of optimization business of processes as one of instruments of increase of efficiency of activity of organization. The basic are considered description of conceptual approaches and methods of optimization business of processes. The review of different methods and instruments of optimization is conducted business of processes. Combination of these methods allows organizations not only to survive in difficult situations but also enables in the conditions of instability to promote efficiency of activity.
