Роль музеїв у формуванні компетенцій майбутніх фахівців-політехніків (на прикладі Харківщини)

| dc.description.abstract | Досліджується роль музеїв Харківщини у формуванні фахових компетенцій. Україна сьогодні стоїть перед важливим вибором у сфері вищої освіти, зосереджуючи увагу на концепції «укрупнення» університетів. Спільно з цим виникає питання про існування закладу вищої освіти, який буде конкурентоспроможним та адаптивним до сучасних викликів, таких як пандемія та військові дії. Дискусії сфокусовані на необхідності створення освітніх установ, здатних швидко адаптуватися до змін у навколишньому середовищі, надавати якісні освітні послуги та відповідати потребам ринку праці. Трансформація в освіті розглядається як частина глобального процесу модернізації, зокрема застосування компетентнісного підходу. Політехнізація освіти, інтеграція знань та навичок, розвиток м’яких навичок та використання інноваційних методів визначають стратегії управління та організації освітніх закладів для забезпечення високого рівня підготовки студентів до викликів сучасного суспільства і технологій. Стверджується що вимогам формування фахових компетенцій відповідає підготовка у політехнічному університеті. Наведено відомості з історії формування курсу, а потім і окремої кафедри з вивчення історії науки і техніки. Окрім загального університетського курсу для студентів НТУ «ХПІ» пропонуються спеціалізовані курси, а силабуси містях інформацію з історії галузей. Проаналізовано роль музеїв Харківщини під час війни та яку роль вони відіграватимуть у повоєнний час. Наведено відомості про експозиції історичного музею ім. М.Ф. Сумцова, WOOM-музею, літературного музею та інших. Досліджується вплив вивчення експозицій музеїв у збагаченні культурного та інтелектуального капіталу студента, зокрема формуються компетентності та навички для успішної реалізації у сучасному світі, що швидко змінюється. Розглядається концепція STEAM освіти як міждисциплінарної підготовки студентів. Так, для студентів які вивчають історію науки і техніки в НТУ «ХПІ» обов’язковим стало відвідування Software and Computer» музею, щоб прослідковувати розвиток комп’ютерної техніки у світі завдяки наочним прикладам. Для підкріплення наукової складової лекцій з розвитку інформаційних технологій в університеті було захищено відповідну дисертацію, здійснюються й інші дослідження у галузі історії та археології. Стверджується що саме поліосвіта забезпечить конкурентоспроможну унікальну особистість з набутими фаховими компетенціями. Водночас, визнається важлива роль музеїв у цьому процесі, що виступають керівними структурами у культивуванні інтелектуального, культурного та соціального розвитку особистості. Музеї не лише стимулюють поглиблення знань, але й виконують провідну функцію у вихованні та формуванні освіченої особистості, сприяючи розвитку критичного мислення та творчих здібностей. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The role of museums in Kharkiv, Ukraine, in shaping professional competencies is explored. Ukraine is currently facing a crucial decision in higher education, focusing on the concept of “consolidation” of universities. Simultaneously, questions arise about the existence of a higher education institution that is competitive and adaptive to modern challenges, such as the pandemic and military actions. Discussions center on the necessity of creating educational institutions capable of rapidly adapting to invironmental changes, providing quality educational services, and meeting the demands of the job market. Educational transformation is considered part of the global modernization process, particularly through the application of a competency-based approach. Polytechnization of education, knowledge and skills integration, soft skills development, and the use of innovative methods define the management strategies and organization of educational institutions to ensure a high level of student preparedness for the challenges of contemporary society and technology. It is argued that the preparation in a polytechnic university aligns with the requirements of forming professional competencies. Historical information about the formation of the course and later a separate department for the study of the history of science and technology is provided. In addition to the general university course for NTU “KhPI”’ students, specialized courses are offered, including information on the history of specific industries. The research also analyzes the role of museums in Kharkiv during the war and the role they will play in the post-war period. Information about the exhibitions of the M.F. Sumtsov Historical Museum, WOOM-Museum, Literary Museum, and others is presented. The research explores the impact of studying museum exhibits on enriching students’ cultural and intellectual capital, particularly in the formation of competencies and skills for successful adaptation in a rapidly changing modern world. The concept of STEAM education is examined as interdisciplinary preparation for students. For those studying the history of science and technology at NTU “KhPI,” visiting the “Software and Computer” museum has become mandatory to trace the development of computer technology worldwide through illustrative examples. To reinforce the scientific component of lectures on the development of information technologies at the university, a corresponding dissertation has been defended, and other research activities in the fields of history and archaeology are being conducted. It is argued that a polytechnic education specifically will ensure a competitive and unique individual with acquired professional competencies. Simultaneously, the crucial role of museums in this process is recognized, as they act as guiding structures in cultivating intellectual, cultural, and social development of individuals. Museums not only stimulate in-depth knowledge but also play a leading role in education and shaping an enlightened personality, contributing to the development of critical thinking and creative abilities. | |
