Банкротство, санація та реструктуризація підприємства як економічні категорії антикризового управління

Abstract

Розглянуто симптоми прояву фінансової кризи на підприємствах машинобудівного комплексу України. Проведений аналіз обсягів виробництва продукції на підприємствах Харківської області. Проведено методологічне дослідження понять "криза", "санація", "реструктуризація".Considered the symptoms of the financial crisis on the enterprises of machine-building complex of Ukraine. The analysis of volumes of industrial production at the enterprises of Kharkiv region. Conducted methodological research on the concepts of "crisis", "rehabilitation", "restructuring". Based on this terminology the authors formed their own vision of methodological and content of crisis management. Proposed to interpret the term "crisis management" as organized on a permanent basis the management of the company considers the totality of economic relations on revealing of signs of a crisis condition of the enterprise and its prevention. Also identified and validated (methods) restructuring proposed as a methodological basis for building of the restructuring process. Practical and methodological recommendations on the use of the proposals in practice of machine-building enterprises.
