Анотація

This study examines the challenges organizations encounter when attempting to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI), with a focus on psychological, organizational, and ethical barriers. The aim is to develop strategies that reduce resistance, build trust, and facilitate seamless integration of AI into business processes. Methodology. A qualitative approach was employed, featuring an in-depth analysis of academic literature and case studies to identify the root causes of opposition to AI adoption. The research investigates psychological anxieties, organizational limitations, and ethical concerns, proposing strategic frameworks and practical solutions to overcome these obstacles. Findings. Resistance to AI is often driven by psychological fears, such as concerns about job loss and distrust of AI technologies, while organizational hurdles typically stem from misaligned priorities and entrenched cultural norms. Ethical challenges, including algorithmic bias, accountability issues, and data privacy, further complicate implementation efforts. The study suggests strategies such as improving transparency, aligning AI projects with organizational objectives, strengthening governance measures, and addressing ethical dilemmas to promote successful adoption. Practical Applications. The research offers practical recommendations for business leaders and policymakers, such as fostering open communication, investing in employee training, and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines. These actions are vital for cultivating trust and gaining broader stakeholder support. Original Contribution. This work introduces a unique framework that combines psychological, organizational, and ethical dimensions to tackle resistance to AI adoption. By integrating theoretical insights with actionable strategies, the research empowers organizations to leverage AI's transformative potential while maintaining a commitment to ethical and societal standards.
