Abstract

В статье обоснована актуальность проблемы разработки моделей модернизированной профессионально-педагогической деятельности будущих преподавателей высшей школы. Акцентируется внимание на основных тенденциях и противоречиях в организации педагогического процесса в вузах будущего. Представлена авторская гипотеза относительно изменений в стилях и акцентах преподавательской деятельности с информирующего на вдохновляющий и побуждающий.The actuality of the model development problem of the modernized vocational and educational activities of university future lecturers is grounded in the article. The attention is focused on the important tendencies and contradictions in the educational process organization in universities of the future. Author’s hypothes concerning the change of styles and accents from informative to incentive and motivating in teaching activity of the future are highlighted
