Основні складові BSC, її переваги та недоліки

Abstract

У статті розглянуті основні складові системи збалансованих показників, теоретико-методичні засади їх застосування, на основі аналізу праць науковців та власних досліджень були визначені переваги та недоліки збалансованої системи показників. Зроблено висновок про те, що збалансована система показників надає компанії новий інструмент управління, який дає змогу ефективного функціонування та розвитку не тільки на даний момент, а і в довгостроковій перспективі.The article describes the main components of the balanced scorecard, the theoretic-methodological foundations of their application, on the basis of the analysis of works of the scientists and their own studies were identified advantages and disadvantages of the balanced scorecard. The conclusion is that the balanced scorecard provides the company's new management tool that allows for the effective functioning and development not only at the moment, but in the long run.
