Лідерський потенціал майбутніх фахівців Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України

Abstract

Враховуючи дослідження науковців, було розглянуто сутність понять "лідер", "лідерство", "лідерський потенціал". На основі аналізу особливостей організації професійної діяльності персоналу Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України було з'ясовано основні вимоги щодо лідерського потенціалу майбутніх її фахівців. Автором увагу зосереджено на необхідності формування лідерського потенціалу майбутніх фахівців Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України. Враховуючи проведені дослідження, було визначено структурні компоненти лідерського потенціалу майбутніх пенітенціаріїв.Taking into account the research of scientists, the essence of the concepts of "leader", "leadership", "leadership potential" was considered. On the basis of the analysis of the peculiarities of the organization of professional activity of the staff of the State Criminal Enforcement Service of Ukraine, the basic requirements for the leadership potential of its future specialists were clarified. The author focuses on the need to develop the leadership potential of future specialists of the State Criminal Enforcement Service of Ukraine. Taking into account the conducted research, structural components of the leadership potential of future prisoners were identified.
