Abstract
The article reveals the importance and ways of civic education and responsibility, as a condition of becoming conscious personality as a condition of formation of civil society. The analysis of civic education students based on consideration of its moral and legal components. Separately considered the concept of legal culture and legal consciousness and the main task of civic education and responsibility.
