Концептуальні положення методологічного виміру у контексті виховання лідерів у закладах вищої освіти

Abstract

The article discusses the conceptual provisions of the methodological dimension in the context of leaders’ education in higher education institutions. It is determined that the theoretical and methodological foundations of leaders’ education in higher education institutions of Ukraine insufficiently developed currently. It is specified that under the "methodology", in the context of leaders’ education in higher education institutions, it is necessary to understand a method of obtaining scientific knowledge and the doctrine about the system of effective pedagogical reflection principles and techniques by which the theoretical and empirical research reliability of initial theoretical representations about formation and development of the future leader specialist personality in higher education institutions of Ukraine are checked.
