Причини та наслідки організаційних конфліктів соціально-педагогічної сфери

Abstract

В результаті аналізу наукових джерел у статті розглянуті особливості організаційних конфліктів соціально-педагогічної сфери. Визначені основні: соціальні, екзистенціальні, правові та психологічні причини їх виникнення. Проведений аналіз психологічних особливостей учасників конфлікту, досліджений вплив внутрішньо особистісного конфлікту та умов реорганізації навчальних закладів на тривалість та інтенсивність організаційного конфлікту. Досліджені деструктивні та конструктивні наслідки, запропоновані заходи щодо попередження організаційних педагогічних конфліктів.Аs a result of the analysis of scientific sources in the article features of organizational conflicts of the social and pedagogical sphere are considered. The main: social, existential, legal, and psychological reasons for their occurrence are identified. The analysis of the psychological features of participants of the conflict is carried out, the influence of the internal personal conflict and conditions of the reorganization of educational institutions on duration and intensity of the organizational conflict is investigated. The destructive and constructive consequences are investigated, the measures concerning the prevention of organization pedagogical conflicts are offered.
