Abstract
В статье разработана обобщенная математическая модель процесса оперативного управления ликвидацией последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций глобального характера, которая позволяет учесть жесткие требования к оперативности принятия решений, распределенность привлекаемых сил и средств и иерархию органов управления.
The generalized mathematical model of operative control process liquidation of global character extraordinary situations consequences is developed in the article, which allows to take into account hard requirements to the efficiency of making a decision, state of attracted forces distribution and facilities and hierarchy of control organs.
