Neurophysiological foundations of physical education for school-aged children

Abstract

This article examines modern health-oriented technologies in the physical education of school-aged children. Based on an analysis of neurobiological and pedagogical sources, the study establishes a direct link between physical activity and the maturation of the central nervous system (CNS). The authors identify priority research areas, focusing on innovative means – such as wave biomechanics simulators – to optimize the psychophysiological state of students and foster a healthy lifestyle.
