Аналіз стану інноваційної активності економіки України

Abstract

Метою статті є дослідження наукової діяльності та інноваційної активності підприємств та організацій України, визначення залежності конкурентоспроможності країни на світовому рівні від вказаних показників та аналіз негативних тенденцій. Відмічається, що лідерами за індексом глобальної конкурентоспроможності є лише ті країни, які позиціонують себе як експортери високотехнологічного обладнання та новітніх технологій. Україна поки не здатна змагатися з інноваційно-розвиненими країнами. Інноваційний шлях розвитку можуть обирати для себе заклади, які мають для цього достатній рівень фінансової підтримки, чого, нажаль, бракує сьогодні в Україні. І хоча традиційно Україна вважається державою з вагомим науковим потенціалом, але економічні й геополітичні процеси, що відбуваються, негативним чином вплинули на розвиток її інноваційної діяльності. У статті приведено низку показників, що характеризують стан інноваційної діяльності підприємств України, динаміку фінансування науки, динаміку чисельності та структури наукових кадрів, проаналізовано деякі проблемні аспекти у цьому напрямку та обґрунтовано шляхи активізації науково-інноваційної діяльності країни з метою підвищення рівня її глобальної конкурентоспроможності.

The goal of the article is the study of scientific activity and innovation activity of enterprises and organisations of Ukraine, determination of dependence of competitiveness of the country at the world level on the said indicators and also analysis of negative tendencies. The article marks that leaders by the index of global competitiveness are those countries that position themselves as exporters of high-technology equipment and newest technologies. Ukraine is still unable to compete with innovation developed countries. The innovation way of development could be chosen by those subjects of economy that have a sufficient level of financial support, which Ukraine, unfortunately, lacks at the moment. And although Ukraine is considered to be the state with a significant scientific potential, the economic and geopolitical processes that take part in the country negatively influenced development of its innovation activity. The article provides a number of indicators that characterise the state of innovation activity of Ukrainian enterprises, dynamics of financing of science, dynamics of a number and structure of scientific personnel and analyses some problem aspects in this direction and justifies the ways of activation of scientific and innovation activity of the country with the aim of increase of the level of its global competitiveness.
