Розглянуто суть та значення кадрового потенціалу на підприємстві. Проаналізовано
проблему формування кадрового потенціалу в організації. Запропоновано систему оцінки
персоналу в ТОВ «Металіст-А» та запропоновано ефективні напрямки управління кадровим
потенціалом підприємства.
