Abstract

В статье проанализирована предпосылка разработки специальных схем управления инновационным процессом применительно к условиям переходной экономики, обеспечивающих эффективное взаимодействие между приватизированными промышленными предприятиями и находящимися в госсекторе научными учреждениями, в т. ч. зарубежный опыт в области организации передачи технологий.In clause the precondition of development of special schemes of management by innovative process with reference to conditions of the transitive economy, providing effective interaction between the privatized industrial enterprises and scientific institutes taking place in a state sector, including foreign experience is analysed in the field of the organization of transfer of technologies.
