Дослідження рівня цін України, як країни-кандидата на вступ до Європейського Союзу та Німеччини

Abstract

У наш час Україна вибрала для себе шлях інтеграції до Європейського Союзу та досягнення рівня життя країн ЄС. Проте основними показниками сталого розвитку країн Європейського Союзу є високий рівень доходів населення за умови стабільних цін. Причини зростання цін: скорочення виробництва, порушення ланцюжків поставок, підвищений попит на безпеку, наявність невизначеності і зростання ризиків для бізнесу та інвесторів, зменшення обсягів сільгоспвиробництва. Україна намагається стати однією з країн-членів Європейського Союзу, для того щоб визначити готовність країни до членства в ЄС проведено аналіз цін на різні види продуктів харчування. Для порівняння рівня життя нашої країни та країн ЄС, буде проведено дослідження рівня цін на продукти харчування країн ЄС (Німеччині) та нашої країні, що дозволить порівняти та оцінити рівні цін на продукти харчування та купівельну спроможність населення України та країн ЄС (Німеччини). Порівнюючи ці дві країни, можемо виділити три групи товарів: перша група: містить ціни на продукти харчування, які майже однакові в обох країнах: рис, морква, томати, перець солодкий, олія соняшникова, молоко, сметана, яйця, цукор, шоколад; друга група: містить більше високі ціни на продукти харчування в Німеччині: хліб білий (батон), хліб чорний, борошно пшеничне, гречка, пшенична каша, булгур, картопля, буряк, огірки, яблука, апельсини, сіль, м'ясо курки, м'ясо свинини, ковбаса копчена; третя група: містить більше високі ціни на продукти харчування в Україні: цибуля ріпчаста, банани, масло вершкове, сир твердий, ковбаса лікарська. Основною причиною того, що деякі продукти в Україні більш дорогі у порівнянні з Німеччиною, є різний стан економічного розвитку двох країн. В нашій країні ситуація складніша через виший рівень інфляції та економічну нестабільність, через введення воєнного стану, актуальність та наявність інших проблем, зокрема: проблеми з традиційними логістичними шляхами. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо стабілізації рівня цін.

In our time, Ukraine has chosen for itself the path of integration into the European Union and achieving the standard of living of the EU countries. However, the main indicators of the sustainable development of the countries of the European Union are a high level of income of the population under the condition of stable prices. The reasons for the increase in prices: reduction of production, disruption of supply chains, increased demand for security, presence of uncertainty and increased risks for business and investors, decrease in agricultural production. Ukraine is trying to become one of the member states of the European Union, in order to determine the country's readiness for membership in the EU, an analysis of prices for various types of food products was conducted. In order to compare the living standards of our country and the EU countries, a study of the level of food prices in the EU countries (Germany) and our country will be conducted, which will allow us to compare and evaluate the levels of food prices and the purchasing power of the population of Ukraine and the EU countries (Germany). Comparing these two countries, we can distinguish three groups of goods: the first group: contains food prices that are almost the same in both countries: rice, carrots, tomatoes, sweet pepper, sunflower oil, milk, sour cream, eggs, sugar, chocolate; the second group: contains more high prices for food products in Germany: white bread (loaf), black bread, wheat flour, buckwheat, wheat porridge, bulgur, potatoes, beets, cucumbers, apples, oranges, salt, chicken meat, m pork meat, smoked sausage; the third group: contains more high prices for food products in Ukraine: onions, bananas, butter, hard cheese, medicinal sausage. The main reason why some products in Ukraine are more expensive compared to Germany is the different state of economic development of the two countries. In our country, the situation is more complicated due to the higher level of inflation and economic instability, due to the introduction of martial law, the urgency and presence of other problems, in particular: problems with traditional logistics routes. Recommendations for stabilization of the price level are proposed.
