Abstract

These studies focus on the theoretical study of the process of manufacturing diamond abrasive tools for high-speed diamond grinding through the 3D modeling of the stress-strain state of the components of the diamond layer of the circle. Contains theoretical research of the sintering process of diamond grinding wheels for metal bonds in order to determine the conditions for maintaining the integrity of the diamond grains in tools.
