Abstract

The modelling of the logistics-based management of the engineering enterprise’s innovation activity is studied in the article. The authors proved the importance of the modelling of the engineering enterprise’s innovation management and the logistical approach. The evolution of approaches to the enterprise’s innovation activity modelling is analyzed. The approaches to the innovation management model creation using a systematic mathematical modelling of the economic processes are studied. The stages of the general model of the innovation management are grounded to solve strategic tasks of innovation optimization at the enterprise. The engineering enterprise’s innovation is to be considered at different levels in the internal environment, direct and roundabout activity using logistic distribution.
