Сутність антикризового управління підприємством

Abstract

У статті висвітлене теоретичне узагальнення особливостей сучасного кризового стану українських підприємств, виокремлені типи криз, досліджена сутність поняття «антикризове управління» та обґрунтована необхідність запровадження антикризового управління на підприємствах з метою подолання їх збитковості, а також забезпечення стійкого розвитку кожного з них.The article widely covers theoretical generalization of features of the modern crisis state of the Ukrainian enterprises and distinguished types of crises, explores the meaning of the concept «crisis management» and proves the necessity of crisis management implementation at the enterprises with the aim of overcoming their unprofitableness as well as providing stable development for each of them.
