Abstract
Аiming to demonstrate the importance of study of High School processes for raising the quality of education the article considers the results of sociological research «Student 2009». Special attention is devoted to the student’s motivation to study, their evaluation of a modern qualitative education at NTU «KhPI», their professional field priorities and the student’s attitude towards work according their specialty.
