Abstract
The development of counseling in the world has a tendency to increase, especially as it affects member states of the European Union, as this type of business professionally helps business entities in solving their economic, organizational, industrial, psychological and other issues. During the years of the crisis, low solvency of domestic producers, trade enterprises, research institutes and other enterprises, organizations, institutions, domestic consulting firms have lost their orders, contracts and cons equently, revenues and profits. In these conditions, there is a need to find new markets, new types of services for business counseling. Therefore, the purpose of writing the article is to study the state, conditions and development of measures for the release of domestic consulting firms in international markets. The subject of the study in the article is the conditions and measures for the advising of individuals and legal en tities both on the territory of Ukraine and abroad, and the object – the processes of the exit and operation of consulting firms in foreign markets. The tasks solved in the article are: consideration of scientific approaches to categorical-conceptual apparatus concerning export operations of consulting firms; dynamics study on export-import consulting operations; analysis of conceptual approaches to types of business counseling, development of measures for the exit of consulting firms to foreign markets. The article analyzes the conceptual apparatus concerning the foreign economic activity of consulting firms from the standpoint of Ukrainian legislation, statistical bodies, and scientists and found that there is no unified approach to the use of the terms "international consulting", "export", "import" services, "foreign economic activity of consulting firms", as well as from the point of view of types of services. It is proved that in the statistical information these services are divided into four groups of management – intangible assets, financial activities, telecommunications, computer and information technologies, business consulting. The article considers expediency of the output of domestic business entities on the foreign markets of the European Union. The analysis of the activity of consulting firms, including the export and import of services, was carried out. It has been proved that the export of services is gradually increasing, but the share of services in business consulting in the overall structure of export of services is small. The geographic structure of foreign trade in services is diverse – these are countries belonging to the commonwealth of independent states and the european union.Since the share of services in business consulting is insignificant, the article develops the stages of advisory firms exit to foreign markets, including in the field of marketing, which include: analysis of foreign markets, development of measures for the advisory firm to go to foreig n markets and assessment of the effectiveness and the cost effectiveness of the consulting firm in the foreign market.
