Abstract

In work results of influence of temperature and mechanical loadings on transformation amorphous silica alkoxide silicon and gels on its basis are presented. It is shown that at heat treatment of gels nanoreactors for synthesis nano-sized new growths cavities β-cristobalita serve, mechanochemical reactions are accompanied by formation in the modified powders of α-quartz and β-cristobalita which cavities also are a place of synthesis of these new growths.
