Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the diagnosing hearing loss at an early age as well as the technical devices and equipment that provide this diagnosis. The purpose of this article is to choose the most optimal model of the middle ear, as an object of the investigation in the diagnosing of hearing loss by otoacoustic emissions. The article presents a detailed analysis of existing models of substitution pattern of the middle ear. It is concluded that the model of J. Zvislotski most truly describes the processes in the organ of Corti, and this determines it’s further development and exploration by the MATLAB package.
