Упровадження інноваційних практик у STEM-освіту: досвід і перспективи

Abstract

Зазначено, що проблема впровадження інноваційних практик у STEM-освіту в Україні актуалізувалися на тлі коронавірусу й під час війни. Констатовано, що відповідна законодавчо-нормативна база передбачає досягнення європейських стандартів життя й зміцнення авторитету України на міжнародній арені. Зауважено, що підґрунтя STEM-освіти складають чотири принципи: проєктна діяльність, практична спрямованість, міжпредметність і гармонійний розвиток особистості. Наголошено, що впровадження інноваційних практик у STEM-освіту має за мету поєднання «жорстких», «м’яких» і бізнес-навичок для формування у фахівців трансверсальних компетентностей завдяки провадженню міждисциплінарних досліджень. Висвітлено практики інноваційності підприємства-лідера Intellias, передусім щодо здатності змінюватися й відповідати на виклики часу.

It is noted that the problem of introducing innovative practices in STEM education in Ukraine actualized against the background of the coronavirus and during the war. It was established that the appropriate legislative and regulatory framework provides for the achievement of European standards of living and the strengthening of Ukraine’s authority in the international arena. It is noted that STEM education is based on four principles: project activity, practical orientation, intersubjectivity and harmonious development of the personality. It is emphasized that introduction of innovative practices in STEM education aims to combine “hard”, “soft” and business skills for the formation of transversal competences in specialists through the interdisciplinary research. The innovative practices of the leading enterprise Intellias are highlighted, primarily regarding the ability to change and respond to the challenges of the time.
