Анотація
У статті теоретично обґрунтовано вибір ефективності застосування дисперсійного аналізу для виявлення впливу спеціально організованого процесу психолого-педагогічної підготовки на формування лідерських якостей майбутніх менеджерів. Розрахунок кількісних показників показав доцільність використання зазначеного аналізу для підтвердження результатів експерименту.
Mathematical statistics method got a wide application in the educational problems study. The purpose of the experiment was to determine the influence degree of specially organized psychological and pedagogical training process on the students – future managers leadership skills formation they need in future professional activity and to determine the dynamics of their development. The effectiveness criterion of this training was evaluated based on results of the test and on the appropriate number of points students got. Testing was processed using the technique "Leader", which allows tester to conclude whether the person has required personal psychological qualities to be a leader or hasn’t. In this article the efficacy of selection variance analysis to leadership skills, the impact of process of a specially organized psychological and pedagogical training for the formation of leadership qualities of future managers they need in future professional activities was theoretically proved. The algorithm helps to monitor core mathematical calculations and graphical display helps to observe the results clearly. The calculation of the quantitative indicators showed the feasibility of using this analysis to confirm the results of the experiment. Future managers leadership development in the experimental groups increased by 9,4% because of our proposed process organized psychological and pedagogical training inteaching the subject "Management".
