Abstract
It has been proved that the commercial potential of an intellectual technology characterizes its marketability, the possibility of being sold as a commodity in the foreseeable future. When purchasing intellectual technology, an entrepreneur is interested not so much in its technical and technological characteristics and capabilities of an intellectual product, but in the possibility of obtaining real benefits from the sale of products or services created on the basis of intellectual technology, or the right to use it to third parties.
