Анотація
Сучасний розвиток діяльності підприємств на ринку вимагає жорсткого впливу керівництва на управління виробництвом і збутом продукції. На даний момент ефективним інструментом такого впливу є впровадження принципів корпоративного управління на підприємстві. У статті проаналізовано основні теоретичні поняття, які використовуються в сфері міжнародного корпоративного управління. Досліджено міжнародний досвід впровадження системи корпоративного управління на підприємствах і організаціях. Визначені основні перешкоди на шляху переходу вітчизняних підприємств до застосування принципів корпоративного управління. Приведено основні переваги, які можуть бути отримані вітчизняними підприємствами при використанні ефективної системи корпоративного управління.
Modern development activities of enterprises in the market requires the hard impact of the guide on production control and product distribution. At the moment an effective instrument of such influence is the introduction of corporate governance principles in the company. The system of corporate relations is created to solve three main tasks: to ensure its maximum efficiency, attract investment, meet legal and social obligations. Corporate governance is at a higher level of management of the company than management. First of all, corporate governance can be viewed as the management of corporate rights. The article analyzes the main theoretical concepts that are used in the field of international corporate governance. Very briefly the basic concepts of corporate governance can be formulated as follows: fairness, responsibility, transparency and accountability. Studied international experience of the implementation of the corporate governance system in companies and organizations. Identified key obstacles to the transition of the domestic enterprises in the application of corporate governance principles. The main benefits that can be gained by domestic companies when using effective system of corporate governance. The implementation of the principles of good corporate governance will ensure the future competitive advantage of the company.
