dc.description.abstractНа етапі розвитку економіки у сфері прийняття управлінських рішень відбулися істотні зміни. Приватний бізнес передбачає свободу дій власників організацій у вирішенні його господарських проблем, тому менеджери всіх рівнів управління стикаються з низкою методологічних проблем. Слід звернути увагу на виникнення не тільки складності в управлінні, а й вимог до якості та оперативності прийнятих рішень. У процесі управління керівники прагнуть к знаходженню рішення, яке об'єктивно є вигідним не тільки внутрішньому середовищі, а й контактної аудиторії організації. Актуальність дослідження пов'язана з тим, що сучасне зовнішнє середовище сприяє виникненню комплексних проблем, ефективне вирішення яких можливе лише за допомогою методів колективного прийняття рішень. Прийняті управлінські рішення завжди спроектовані в майбутнє, тому менеджер в момент прийняття рішення не може з абсолютною впевненістю знати, як буде змінюватися ситуація. Іншими словами, в момент прийняття управлінських рішень є значний елемент невизначеності і ризику. Умови невизначеності існують, коли керівник точно не знає результат, який буде мати кожен вибір. В умовах ризику ймовірність результату кожного рішення можна визначити з відомою вірогідністю. При прийнятті управлінських рішень в умовах невизначеності і ризику необхідно проводити аналіз ризиків. Після проведення аналізу ризиків в процесі розробки управлінських рішень використовуються спеціальні прийоми управління ризиком. У даній статті досліджується використання колективного методу прийняття управлінських рішень для оптимального досягнення мети та підвищення ефективності роботи підприємства в умовах ризику.uk
dc.description.abstractAt the stage of economic development, significant changes took place in the field of managerial decision-making. Private business presupposes freedom of action for the owners of organizations to solve their economic problems; therefore, managers at all levels of management are faced with a number of methodological problems. Attention should be paid to the emergence of not only complexity in management, but also requirements for the quality and efficiency of decisions. In the management process, managers strive to find a solution that is objectively beneficial not only to the internal environment, but also to the contact audience of the organization. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the modern external environment contributes to the emergence of complex problems, the effective solution of which is possible only with the help of methods of collective decision-making. The adopted management decisions are always projected into the future, therefore, at the time of making a decision, a manager cannot know with absolute certainty how the situation will change. In other words, at the moment of making management decisions, there is a significant element of uncertainty and risk. Uncertainty conditions exist when the leader does not know exactly the outcome that each choice will have. Under risk conditions, the probability of the outcome of each decision can be determined with a known probability. When making management decisions in conditions of uncertainty and risk, it is necessary to carry out a risk analysis. After conducting a risk analysis, in the process of developing management decisions, special risk management techniques are used. This article examines the use of a collective method of making managerial decisions for the optimal achievement of goals and increasing the efficiency of work in an enterprise under conditions of risk.en
