Abstract

The article is dedicated to the problem of student leadership skills evolution in higher academic institutions. It gives consideration and formulates a concept of «Leader» and formulates appropriate leader internals qualities, necessary for a successful self-fulfilment. There are also distinguished qualities that characterize the manager from qualities, which characterize leader, based on which pedagogical differences are defined at their formation.
