Abstract
The results of an analysis of connections between the system of competitiveness of the state and the system of its labor potential are given. The relations between correspondent systems is made in the context of The World Economic Forum research as for methodology of Global Competitiveness Index counting. The theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations as for the possible directions of state policy in the sphere of state’s labor potential development are given.
