Abstract

In the article the question of modern development of management is considered education, managements by the adaptive systems, determinations of concept of quality of education. Paid attention to vision of the cathedral system as a single mechanism of activity of all structural subdivisions of institutes of post-education. The organizationallypedagogical terms of management are certain quality of educational activity of the cathedral system: presence of adaptive organizational structure of management, continuous and innovative scientifically methodical accompaniment of activity of pedagogical collective, forming of educational environment, that matters for creation of organizational model network cooperation of structural subdivisions of the cathedral system and influences on their development.
