It is known that the problem of human, his liberty, his existence, fills a pivotal place in the modern philosophical discourse. The system of values has become the main reason of actualization of this subject area at the beginning of XXI century. In due course objective, historical, ideological, cultural and other challenges paved the way for the birth of axiology as a science. For new paradigm possesses new norms and values. What is their origin? The answer: cultural, the sociocultural ambient and etc. Paradigm is a theoretical side of a particular scientific practice, which exists as a system of ideas, norms and values of human being. Modern civilization carries threats and losses of “blossoming diversity of culture”. The feeling of this hazard passes deeply through the whole spiritual human life. Therefore for the modern philosophy the main factor is substantiation of eternal values and acknowledgement of the main reference points in all without exceptions value measurements and influences
