Диджиталізація, її оцінка та вплив на економіку України в контексті інноваційного розвитку

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to define the essence of the concept of „digitalization of the economy“, assess the level of digitalization in Ukraine, and analyze the factors of digitalization that influence Ukraine's economy in the context of innovative development. An author's definition of digitalization of the economy is proposed as the process of using information and communication (digital) technologies in the economy. Indicators characterizing digitalization are examined, and its level in the world, Ukraine, and its regions is evaluated. All digitalization factors are recommended to be classified into political, institutional, economic, external (macro factors), and internal (individual), as well as positive and negative.
