Abstract

Проведено оцінку кадрового потенціалу підприємства, розглянуто і використано методи аналізу кадрів організації. Результати досліджень свідчать, що особисті якості працівників вельми невеликі, це свідчить про те, що працівник не дуже зацікавлені у своїй роботі. Це пов'язано з умовами праці, оплатою праці, а також низький рівень життя.The assessment of personnel capacity of the enterprise is carried out, methods of the analysis of shots of the organization are considered and used. Results of researches testify that personal qualities of workers very small, it testifies that the worker not really interested in the work. It is connected with working conditions, compensation, and also a low standard of living.
