Abstract

Статтю присвячено оптимізації процесу управління промисловим підприємством за умов глобалізації економіки. У роботі запропоновано механізми трансформації організаційної структури й методів управління на основі матриці ринкових можливостей, а також удосконалення процесу управління змінами.The article is devoted optimization of process of management an industrial enterprise in the conditions of globalization of economy. The mechanisms of transformation of organizational structure and methods of management on the basis of matrix of market possibilities are in-process offered, and also usovershenstrvovanie process of management changes.
