Типи висунення в англомовній новелі

Abstract

У статті розглядаються стилістичні і прагматичні особливості типів висунення на матеріалі англомовних новел. Безпосередня увага приділяється аналізу взаємодії стилістичних засобів на лексичному і синтаксичному рівнях тексту. В процесі дослідження типів висунення, а саме конвергенції, зчеплення та ошуканого очікування, виявляється експресивний і прагматичний потенціал англомовної новели.The article deals with stylistic and pragmatic features of the types of foregrounding on the material of Anglo-phone short stories. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the stylistic means interaction on the lexical and syntactical levels of the text. On studying the types of foregrounding, namely convergence, coupling and defeated expectancy, the expressive and pragmatic potential of an Anglophone short story is revealed.
