Компоненти, критерії, показники та рівні сформованості професійної культури майбутніх сімейних лікарів

Abstract

У статті визначено основні компоненти, критерії, показники сформованості професійної культури майбутніх сімейних лікарів; доведено, що специфіка медичної діяльності визначається її характером, об’єктом і предметом, цілями і задачами. Охарактеризовано власний підхід щодо визначення компонентів і критеріїв сформованості професійної культури майбутніх лікарів. Проведено аналіз категорії професійне мислення, охарактеризовано генезис проблеми розвитку професійної культури, окреслено складові цього феномену, визначено рівні сформованості професійної культури майбутніх сімейних лікарів в умовах університетської освіти. Розроблено діагностичну модель визначення та моніторингу рівня розвитку професійної культури студентів-медиків, майбутніх сімейних лікарів.The basic components, criteria and indicators of formation of the future family doctors’ professional culture are determined in the article. The notion that the specific medical activity is determined by its nature, subject and object, aims and objectives is proved in the research. An own approach to the determining the components and criteria of formation of the future doctors’ professional culture is characterized. The analysis of such professional category as thought is made. The genesis of the professional culture problem is described. The components of this phenomenon are outlined. The levels of the future family doctors’ professional culture in terms of university education are defined in the following work. The diagnostic model of determination and monitoring the medical students’ and future family doctors’ professional culture is developed in this research.
