Abstract

When carrying out innovative activities, managers of enterprises must not only clearly understand the essence of innovations, but also use analysis as a means of managing and forecasting a separate project and the entire activity of the organization as a whole. Therefore, it is very important to determine the mechanism of business analysis of the implementation of innovative activities, the stages of the innovative project and any technological changes, the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects.
