Теоретичне дослідження зміни кута підйому гвинтової лінії конічних різьб

Abstract

В роботі запропонована методика визначення кута підйому гвинтової лінії конічної різьби. Проведено розрахунки кута підйому гвинтової лінії конічних різьб для з’єднань труб нафтового сортаменту за різними виразами і встановлено величини відповідних похибок. Показано, що кут підйому гвинтової лінії за довжиною різьби зменшується більш інтенсивно для конічних різьб малих діаметрів, а для різьб більших діаметрів – міняється несуттєво. Встановлено, що збільшення кута нахилу конуса різьби призводить до зростання кута підйому гвинтової лінії.In the work it is proposed technique for determining of helix angle of conical thread. The calculations of helix angle of conical threads for tubing connections of oil assortment are performed, and the values of the corresponding errors are established. It is shown that the angle of rise of the helix along the length of the thread decreases more rapidly for conical threads of small diameters, and it change is not substantially for threads of large diameters. It is established that the increase of gradient angle of the threaded cone leads to an increase of helix angle.
