Abstract

In the article it was made the attempt to realize the situation in which modern man, in particular future technical specialist got to live and to act. The functions and the opportunities of the social-humanitarian and philosophical knowledge in the formation process of technical specialist as a human and a professional were considered. Especial attention was paid to the specific character of the power and knowledge interrelations and their influence on the man’s self-determination.
